PRODUCTION WORKERS

Fawn Manufacturing is looking for Production employees to start immediately. All positions start at $10/hour until probation is completed where there is a potential of anywhere between $11 and $14!!!

Mig Welders – 1st and 2nd Shift
Press Operators- 1st and 2nd Shift
Assemblers – 1st Shift
Inspectors – 1st and 2nd Shift

Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs., physically able to stand for 8 hours. Bend, twist, grasp, have the ability to grip sheet metal, pick/pack or assemble parts. Must be punctual and have a good attendance record. Must be able to pass a basic skills test that includes reading measurements, adding, subtracting, and putting things in order. High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

NETWORK TECHNICIAN

The IT Network Technician performs a variety of IT-related activities. The IT Network Technician maintains software and hardware at all sites by troubleshooting and correcting any problems with the computer systems. In addition, the IT Network Technician assists with training employees regarding proper software usage and ensures that computer systems are functioning properly and efficiently operated by authorized users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with daily system backups and maintenance of contingency plan to ensure continuity of operations in the event of unexpected interruptions in computer operations;
  • Establishes email accounts and assigns user access and passwords to ensure that only authorized staff can access the financial, personnel, payroll, computer, and online records of the organization;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Prepares and reviews system logs pertaining to employee computer usage and system failure and reports any problems to the MIS/IT Director;
  • Creates and updates Network Diagrams, Switch, Patch panel and others

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field with at least two years of professional experience in computer operations;
  • Must have a thorough understanding of virtual environments, computer hardware and software applications, setup, and maintenance requirements;
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Network + Certification preferred

WORD PRESS WEB DEVELOPER

We are currently looking for a WordPress Web Developer / Paid Search (PPC & SEM) Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Marketing team!   • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

Education

  • No less than 2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Experience with website analysis using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook Ads, etc).
  • Proficiency in managing PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • AdWords / Bing certification a plus.

REMAN TECHNICIAN

Selectivend, a Wittern Group company, currently has an opening for a REMANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN. If you are experienced and want to join our team, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repair and refinish worn, damaged, or defective vending machine bodies and parts.
  • File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
  • Prime and paint repaired surfaces
  • Fit and weld replacement parts into place, using wrenches and welding equipment, and grind down welds to smooth them, using power grinders and other tools.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure proper functioning.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of vending machines.
  • Follow supervisors' instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much time the job should take.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Minimum of two (2) years related work experience

PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER

We are currently looking for a PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER to join our team! This position manages a team of 4-5 service technicians in a manufacturing industry.

Document and resolve incoming customer service requests from first call through resolution with authority to deviate from standard policies to resolve complaints or disputes. Manage open customer service queue and use discretion and independent judgment to resolve customer problems. Negotiate rents, power installation cost, parts expenses and other expenditures using independent judgment and expertise which have a material impact on company finances. Expedite client rollout and set-up; perform client QC surveys as needed. Support accounting and procurement as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Customer Service requests – Take calls, use independent discretion to resolve concerns, enter into system, contact vendor, close loop with location to assure resolution. Manage service queue
  • Expedite Client rollout activities – negotiate rents, negotiate power installations, add machines to system, coordinate installations with locations and vendors, verify system accuracy
  • Maintain system integrity – make sure all locations and vendors have complete addresses, contacts, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses.
  • Work with General Manager to manage open tasks, escalation, priorities
  • Perform quality control surveys, launch necessary tasks and resolve
  • Do accounting data distribution

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Accomplished user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks concurrently and simultaneously communicate with internal and external customers with clarity and composure
  • Must have mathematical ability to do data distribution and reconciliation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to interact with software via keyboard and monitor for 8 hours per day, data entry more than 50% of job
  • Ability to dial and speak on the phone for 8 hours per day

JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

The JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER must have basic programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones.
