Marketing Manager
The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a highly creative and innovative Marketing Manager. This position will serve as a subject matter expert to lead projects that will drive the extension, growth and profitability of our online and app-based products and services. Responsibilities include developing and managing mobile marketing strategies, branding, developing and driving an SEO strategy, and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives to support company goals.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in SMS/email marketing, social media strategies, web analytics, e-commerce platforms and on-line sales strategies. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with key decision makers. Effective project management, verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Distributor Development Manager
The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Distributor Development Manager. This newly created position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion for business to business accounts. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Additional responsibilities include: hiring and training new Independent Distributors nationally, and conducting sales training seminars. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically (no weekend travel), averaging 2-3 trips per month.

Qualified candidates must have sales and negotiation experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent position experience. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable communicating with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Successful candidate must be willing to advance. Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated engineering professional to develop a new generation control product for driving our future dispensing technologies. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from software specifications to design, coding, unit and integration testing as well as maintaining the needed software development documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
  • Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
  • Review code and design
  • Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
  • Integrate and validate new product designs
  • Support software QA and optimize performance
  • Provide post production support
  • Interface with hardware design and development
  • Assess third party and open source software
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 +years of experience developing embedded software in C/C++ and assembly language
  • Industrial experience with designing and developing in embedded industrial kernels
  • Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
Additional/Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with various embedded operating systems
  • Experience in embedded processor such as ARM, 8051, etc.
  • Experience in embedded wireless radio/RF technology.
  • SQL experience
  • Familiarity with modern web services and design
  • Experience using Source Code Control system
  • Demonstrated abilities using debuggers, emulators, and compilers/assemblers
  • Strong firmware, software, and hardware background
  • Strong firmware architect capabilities
  • Experience in building automation system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent code documentation and commenting skills
  • Excellent debug and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
 

Sales Representative

This position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically to present our services to potential clients.

Preferred candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent entry-level experience. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude.
