Manufacturing Positions Available
Fawn Manufacturing is looking for production workers to start immediately. Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required. We are looking to fill the following positions:

* Die Setters (1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts)
Die Setter:
Must be able to read blue prints, scales, micrometers, calipers. Able to obtain and set up hand tooling and dies on press breaks and other presses in the department. Must be able to instruct operators in safe and proper methods of operation. Obtain first piece inspection approval and when removing dies, visually evaluate last piece left in dies for apparent problems. Knowledge and experience on a wide variety of presses and techniques needed to set up such equipment.

Product Code Administrator
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Product Code Administrator. This position will be responsible for structuring into the manufacturing process all parts used in new and existing designs. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining the Bills of Materials and working with R&D engineers, manufacturing engineers, line supervisors, supply chain managers, parts and service team.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years total experience with Wittern equipment, experience working with BOMs and BPCS, preferred. Proven analytical aptitude, understanding of manufacturing process, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid organizational abilities and attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and a team player. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word products, with ability to learn new software programs. We offer a competitive compensation package. Post-offer physical and drug screen required.

Quality Engineer
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer.

This position will be responsible for performing problem-solving investigations related to products and processes to drive corrective and preventive action and establish continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include: administering the application of quality related tools to drive quality, productivity and cost improvements; guide and supervise employees in the application of sound quality practices and judgment; develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs and perform process capability studies and evaluation. Position will also be responsible for the execution of manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering activities to include tasks such as line set-up, line balancing and standard work, line process and fixturing improvement development, and driving quality and efficiency initiatives in tandem.

Position will be responsible for managing the daily quality activities on the plant floor. Additional responsibilities include conducting problem investigations related to products and processes in order to drive corrective and preventive action, including continual improvement. Supervise the plant Quality department personnel and guide production management and operators in the application of sound quality practices and judgment.

Previous quality engineering and supervisory experience preferred. Qualified candidates must have diversified knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques and documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be focused on quality and safety, and a team player. We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package. Quality Engineer Intern (Spring 2017)
The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer Intern. This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance in investigation and documentation of corrective actions, perform time studies of production and/or inspection operations, documentation of production and inspection work activities and other projects as assigned.

Preferred candidates will be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate and build relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and ability to use gages (calipers, micrometers, testing equipment). Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor - Powder Coating & Welding
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor in our Powder Coating & Welding departments. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools, production control, computer systems applications and personnel management required. Prior experience in painting, powder coating and welding preferred.

This position is on second shift (4:00pm - 12:30am).

Qualified candidates must demonstrate bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills, with a mechanical aptitude and previous fabrication experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism. Sales Representative
Federal Machine, a part of The Wittern Group, the world's largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for an entry-level Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically to present our services to potential clients.

Preferred candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent entry-level experience. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude.
