Principal Electrical Engineer
The Wittern Group, Inc. is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering or Business Administration with coursework in Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation, Micro Processor & Micro Computers, and Communication Engineering (or related field) plus 8 years of experience with: full embedded systems development product life cycle, including initial concept development and specification, prototype design, design verification testing, production and end of life issue and design experience including low voltage DC motor control, LED, LCD display, and keypad, touchpad interface development, serial and other communications protocols, and sensor interface development; 5 years using Linux, Proprietary Kernal or Keil RTX; 2 years using Ethernet (TCP, UDP or DHCP) and Serial Communication using I2C, SPI, and UART (RS232); 1 year with Hardware PCB development using one or more schematic capture and PCB layout software programs; and 6 months with product testing methodologies and test plan development. Employer will accept a foreign equivalent degree(s) and/or a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service, including a three-year bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering followed by a two-year Master of Business Administration degree. Credit Admin
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a full time Credit Admin. Responsibilities include underwriting preparation, assistance in collection of parts and open accounts, collections of front-in delinquency (10-60) accounts, answer incoming calls, process customer requests and process credit manager requests. Prior experience in credit and/or finance preferred. Knowledge of credit/finance practices and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word products, with ability to learn new software programs.

Qualified candidates must have solid math aptitude, exceptional customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be computer literate, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. Account Executive - USI
The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for an Account Executive on the U-Select-It (USI) sales team (Western USA Region). This position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, maintaining and developing current distributor base and sales presentations. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records and monitoring warehouse inventory, controlling and managing receivables, and development of sales and prospecting activities. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically to present our services to potential clients.

Preferred candidates will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Distribution/Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities include: managing and facilitating all customer related issues of finished goods, coordinating documents and information control for customized orders, validating accuracy of orders/shipments to customers, maintenance of shipping information, managing key customer accounts, accountable for inventory and distribution reports. Knowledge of shipping controls, customer service, and data management as related to orders, receiving, transfers and adjustments required. Position also responsible for the daily maintenance of the production schedule in a MRP based system and daily input into system for information pertaining to customer orders.

Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be computer literate (MS Word, Excel) along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. Customer Service/Rollout Specialist
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Account Specialist.

Responsibilities include: coordinating service for new clients, investigating customer service inquiries, placing outbound collection calls and managing administrative details for the department.

* Coordinate new vending installations and transitions: add machines to database, coordinate with location and vendor contacts

* Maintain system integrity: Logs and tracks calls, emails via a ticketing system. Maintains history records & related documentation

* Must communicate effectively with trouble clients to diffuse & satisfactorily resolve customer problems

* Ability to define problems collect date establishes facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret and extensive variety of details

* Ability to work without direct supervision

* Assist in collection of vendor commissions

* Assist in new clients- ability to negotiate, develop proposals, contracts & rate agreements to gain new business

* Complete & assist other assignments as necessary

Manufacturing Supervisor – Metal Assembly
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor in our Assembly department. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools, production control, computer systems applications and personnel management required. Prior experience in assembly line production preferred. This position is on first shift (7:30am – 4:00pm).

Qualified candidates must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, with a mechanical aptitude and previous fabrication and mix model assembly line experience, along with prior experience managing a union workforce. The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer Intern. This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance in investigation and documentation of corrective actions, perform time studies of production and/or inspection operations, documentation of production and inspection work activities and other projects as assigned.

Preferred candidates will be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate and build relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and ability to use gages (calipers, micrometers, testing equipment). Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude.
