Tool & Die Maker A
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Tool & Die Maker A.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work to tolerances +/- .001
- Must have own tools and precision measuring instruments
- Must be able to work in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work with press room to correct problems with set-up and usage of punch and die equipment.
- Must be able to make dies and fixtures working from prints
- Must be able to work with all type dies including irregular contours and forming
- Must have five years as a tool and die maker or have completed minimum two year trade school for tool & die.
- Must be capable of setting up and operating CNC equipment related to a tool room
- Ability to program CNC equipment using industry standard programming software
- Must be capable of setting up and operating wire EDM & Sinker EDM

Requirements:
- Physically able to do the job that requires frequent bending and lifting
- Must have good eye/hand coordination
- Must be proficient with advanced mathematics & trigonometric calculations
- Must be able to operate and maintain standard tool room equipment
- Physically able to be on feet for a period of 8 hours
- Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs. when necessary

Sales Representative
The Wittern Group, the world's largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for an entry-level Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically to present our services to potential clients.

Preferred candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent entry-level experience. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
The Wittern Group, the world's largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating work orders needed to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems. Responsibilities include: providing direction to ensure maintenance, ensuring safety and environmental quality standards are met; organizing and executing preventative maintenance programs for all project work, internal and external building, grounds maintenance and machine repair; manage all vendor contracts as related to department, support implementation of small capital projects, and develop operating systems on lean manufacturing principles.

Qualified candidates must have a degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), with 3 - 5 years of experience in engineering/project/maintenance management and industrial plant operations. Problem-solving skills in maintenance and tool room requests, ability to work on Amada turret and presses, CNC experience in both set-up and operation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint programs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be focused on quality and safety, and a team player. We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package. Distributor Development Manager
The Wittern Group, the world's largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Distributor Development Manager. This newly created position will be responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of our company by leading sales efforts from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion for business to business accounts. Duties also include prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. Additional responsibilities include: hiring and training new Independent Distributors nationally, and conducting sales training seminars. Successful candidate will achieve an active pipeline of new business and must be willing to travel domestically (no weekend travel), averaging 2-3 trips per month.

Qualified candidates must have sales and negotiation experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent position experience. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable communicating with key decision makers. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Successful candidate must be willing to advance.
