Manufacturing Supervisor-Welding/Foaming
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Welding and Foam Operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools, sheet metal fabrication, production control, computer systems applications and personnel management required. Prior experience in welding (MIG/Robotic) and foaming operations preferred. This position is on second shift (4:00pm - 12:30am).

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a mechanical aptitude and previous fabrication experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Model Maker I
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Model Maker I. This position is responsible for the inspection and development of steel metal prototypes for the engineering department. This process requires experience with manufacturing equipment including but not limited to: press brakes, turret punches, sheet metal lasers, CNC programming software and shears. A thorough ability to understand blueprints is also required. This individual should have working knowledge of all manufacturing equipment, or the aptitude to adapt to new equipment and environments. This individual must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with shop and professional personnel and have ability to work with different teams within the Company.

Qualified candidates will be able to use manufacturing equipment, read blueprints, use CNC programming software, possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent problem solver, strong time management and organizational skills, ability to be a responsible self-starter with little management oversight.

CNC/Turret Programmer
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a CNC/Turret Programmer. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools, sheet metal fabrication, production control, computer systems applications required. Solid experience in CNC/Turret programming required with programming of turrets and/or lasers using Amada and Dr Abe software preferred.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a mechanical aptitude and previous CNC experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Customer Service/Account Specialist
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Account Specialist.

Responsibilities include: coordinating service for new clients, resolving customer service inquiries, placing outbound collection calls and managing administrative details for the department.
  • Coordinate vending installations and transitions
  • Maintain database integrity: Log and track calls, emails, service calls and related documentation via a ticketing system
  • Maintain acceptable response times to email and voice mail communications
  • Diffuse & resolve customer service problems
  • Define problems, prioritize, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Develop and negotiate proposals and rate agreements to gain new business
  • Develop internal and external client relationships and communicate in a positive, diplomatic and effective manner
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit & overall company morale
Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be computer literate, self-motivated and detail oriented. Prior experience in customer service and/or call centers along with CRM applications preferred.

Appointment Setter
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for an Appointment Setter. This position will be part of a team that sets appointments for our Independent Distributor Network. No selling is required in this position. Work schedule is M - F, 8:00am - 5:00pm, flexible schedule hours are available. Hourly wage and commission on the equipment the Independent Distributor sells from your scheduled appointments.

Qualified candidates must have excellent advanced phone etiquette, organizational and time management skills. Knowledge in MS Office programs a plus. Safety/Human Resources Coordinator
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Safety/Human Resources Coordinator.

This position will provide on-going technical safety and health support to production and corporate personnel. Additional responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local health, safety and environmental law, regulations and standards, coordinating workers' compensation and risk management programs, leading safety committee and employee training. Position will administer various human resources programs and projects and procedures for all company personnel and conduct new employee safety orientation.

Qualified candidates will have an Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health/Safety, Business or Human Resources and three or more year's related experience in Safety and Human Resources. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint programs. Industrial Engineer
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for an Industrial Engineer.

This newly created position will be responsible for maintaining routing (labor) additions and revisions, support the ECN process with cost information, and monitor/coordinate ECN into the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge as well as demonstrated ability in Lean manufacturing in order to perform time and motion studies, develop and document standard work, plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives and prepare statistical analysis and project management. This position will utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to improve safety, quality, productivity and costs.

Qualified candidates must have a college degree - Industrial Engineering degree preferred, recent Lean Manufacturing background, with experience in production processes, design techniques, tools and technical plans, knowledge of costs and methods for maximizing the manufacturing process. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint programs. Electrical Engineer
The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer. This position is responsible for performing engineering project management, design and technical support as defined for timely, accurate and cost-effective products. Develop drawings, specifications, part listings and bills of materials for products needed for refinement and expansion. Provide detailed engineering analysis of proposed systems for equipment fabrication, test and start- up. Examine and check submitted design proposals for necessary alterations and corrections. Write specifications of performance for process and equipment to assure the output meets or exceeds safety, QA, production, engineering and development of standards and requirements. Interacts with others on new product designs and new equipment designs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to write technical documents and specifications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with opposing opinions and effect compromise. Creative problem solver with a high degree of analytical skills. Knowledge of Electrical theory and design, software and firmware design and control board layout/design.
