Lawn/Groundskeeper

The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a Lawn/Groundskeeper. Responsibilities will include: maintaining company grounds; handling debris; assisting with snow removal, landscaping (including weeding and fertilizer applications); assisting in the cleanliness and professional appearance of all common areas and amenities as needed. Maintenance standards include awareness of physical conditions of company related properties and applying corrective actions. Operation of lawn mower/landscaping and snow removal equipment as needed. This is a full-time, year round position.

Qualified candidates will have previous grounds keeping or landscaping experience. Must be mechanically inclined and able to work as part of a team and independently on projects. Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism in working with all employees, vendors and guests. Position requires availability to work any shift as needed, including weekends and evenings, and report to work in emergency situations. Observation of all safety and sanitation rules when performing job duties is mandatory. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Must possess a valid and current driver’s license. Candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to complete tasks on a timely basis and follow directions. In addition to grounds keeping, this position will work along with housekeeping, maintenance, mowing crew and farm staff as needed.

Business Development & Key Account Manager

National Vending has an immediate opening for a Business Development & Key Account Manager. Successful candidate will execute the full sales cycle from researching, prospecting, relationship building, opportunity identification, pursuit, closure, contract negotiation, client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. Key directives include: managing and developing operational relationships for assigned clients and taking responsibility to drive service delivery and client satisfaction through phone calls, email and in-person visits. Position requires travel to client and prospective account locations across the U.S., up to 50% of the time.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years in business development and/or account management, bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent advanced communication skills, problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization and relationship-building skills required. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs. PRODUCTION WORKERS
Fawn Manufacturing

Fawn Manufacturing is looking for production workers to start immediately.
Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required. We are looking to fill the following positions:

  • Forklift (1st Shift)
  • Assembly (1st shift)
  • Press Operator (1st shift)

Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 – 75 lbs., physically able to stand for up to (8) hours, do bending, twisting, grasping, and have the ability to grip sheet metal, pick/pack or assemble parts. Must be punctual and have a good attendance record. Education: high school or equivalent.

1st shift positions available: 1st shift (7:30am - 4:00pm). Pay increase and benefits after passing probationary period (120 days). Equal Opportunity Employer

Outlook Management has an immediate opening for an Account Services Representative. Key directives include: coordinating new vending installations and transitions, selling opportunities to service partners and negotiating service solutions, handling complete documentation of client contacts, properties, vending machine information and task notes, addressing escalated customer service requests and other special projects and assignments as needed.

Qualified candidates must have 3 – 5 years of customer service experience and advanced communication skills. Problem-solving, sales, commission negotiation, prioritization and relationship building skills required. Successful candidate will be knowledgeable in MS Office programs and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in an environment where distractions may be present. Internet Marketing Assistant
National Vending has an immediate opening for an innovative Internet Marketing Assistant. This is a permanent, part-time role working 20-30 hours per month. Key directives include development and execution of social media and email marketing campaigns. Candidate will work in collaboration with others to establish a social media strategy and will be responsible to independently compose and post content. Additional responsibilities include updating company website, compiling website analytics and assisting in the design and development of marketing materials.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience in website and/or graphic design, blog writing and coordinating social media campaigns. Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required. Knowledge of MS Office programs and data analytical tools is preferred (Google Analytics). Distribution/Customer Support Manager
The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Distribution/Customer Support Manager. Responsibilities include: managing and facilitating all customer related issues of finished goods, coordinating documents and information control for customized orders, validating accuracy of orders/shipments to customers, maintenance of shipping information, managing key customer accounts, accountable for inventory and distribution reports. Knowledge of shipping controls, customer service, and data management as related to orders, receiving, transfers and adjustments required. Position also responsible for the daily maintenance of the production schedule in a MRP based system and daily input into system for information pertaining to customer orders.

Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be computer literate (MS Word, Excel), and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player.
